The mock is organized into three parts: General Fundamentals (25%); Special and Technical Knowledge (25%); Professional Practice, Valuation and Taxation (50%). It covers topics such as the Real Estate Service Act (RA 9646), the Condominium Act (RA 4726), PD 957, the Maceda Law (RA 6552), land registration under PD 1529, valuation and taxation.
