When you're viewing a condo in Makati or a house in Cebu City, you'll see a curated feed of recent articles tied to that location — right on the listing page, no searching required.

How It Works

Our system matches each listing's city and province against the location tags on our published articles. If our editorial team has covered infrastructure news in Taguig, every listing in Taguig will automatically show that article under Community Update. The moment a new piece goes live, listings in that area pick it up.

Why It Matters

For buyers and renters, context is confidence. Knowing that a new MRT station is planned two blocks away — or that a developer is breaking ground nearby — changes how you evaluate a price. Community Updates puts that context where you need it: right next to the listing.
