How to Optimize Your Property Listing on MatchMade

A great MatchMade listing isn't just about getting views. It's about helping the right buyer, tenant, investor, broker, or agent find your property.

The more accurate and complete your listing is, the better MatchMade can understand and match it with relevant requirements.

1. Use the Correct Property Type

Be specific. Choose Warehouse, Office, Retail, Commercial Lot, Industrial Property, or the most accurate category instead of using a broad description.

Accurate property types lead to better matches.

2. Provide an Accurate Location

Include the complete location whenever possible, along with nearby major roads or landmarks.

Location is one of the most important factors in real estate matching.

3. Enter Accurate Property Sizes

Clearly distinguish between:

  • Lot Area

  • Floor Area

  • Usable or leasable area

For example, don't simply enter "5,000 sqm." Specify whether that is the lot area, floor area, or both.

4. Be Clear About the Price

Specify the price and how it is calculated.

Examples:

₱250/sqm/month
₱50M selling price

If applicable, indicate VAT, CUSA, minimum lease term, or other important conditions.

5. Highlight Important Features

Add the features that matter to potential clients, such as:

  • Parking

  • Truck access

  • Loading bays

  • High ceilings

  • Power capacity

  • Road frontage

  • Security

  • Elevators

  • Amenities

Think about what a buyer or tenant would need to know before considering the property.

6. Upload Good Photos

Use clear, current photos showing the property's exterior, interior, access, parking, and important features.

For commercial and industrial properties, show the things that matter operationally—not just the most attractive areas.

7. Keep Your Listing Updated

Property availability changes quickly. Update your listing when a property is:

  • Sold

  • Leased

  • Reserved

  • Under negotiation

  • No longer available

An accurate listing creates a better experience and better matches.

8. Make Your Listing Match-Ready

Before publishing, ask:

"If I were looking for this property, would I have enough information to know if it fits my requirements?"

You don't need the longest description.

You need the right information.

Better Data. Better Matches.

MatchMade is designed to connect properties with relevant real estate requirements.

Don't just list your property. Make it match-ready.
